Trail Mix Bars
Trail Mix bars are a great alternative to potato chips and can be made out of ingredients that are already in the house. (I love recipes that don't involve a trip to the store)
Mix the oats, seeds, and nuts into a bowl
Melt Peanut Butter in the microwave (on the stove should work too, I just did it in the microwave to save time). Then add melted Peanut butter, honey, and raisins to the mixture, if still dry add a little more honey. It should kind of look like really sticky oatmeal cookie dough.
Once desired stickiness is achieved spread into greased 9x13 and let chill for one hour.
Then, cut and enjoy!
